Our brand new training facility is complete with a full set of free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls and weight training machines.  We also have stability training and stretching aids.  TRX suspension training sessions are also available.  TRX is the perfect tool for a total body work out.  Our training sessions incorporate all the latest instructional video demonstrations  on our big screen tv.
