A Nebraska native, Amanda Stark has been a Nationally Certified, LMT since 2004. Amanda received her training at the Omaha School of Massage Therapy completing a 1,000 hour program. Prior to Massage Therapy training, Amanda received her BS degree in Psychology with minors in health and nutrition at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After 5 years of working in private practice, Amanda went out on her own and started her own massage therapy practice, Framework Studio, LLC.

Amanda has taken over 250 hours of continuing education. Her interest in structural integration led her to attend the IASI conference at Harvard University in 2007, where she was introduced to Erik Dalton and Paul Kelly. As the newest member of the Temple Human Performance, Inc. team, she is excited to bring her skills of massage and bodywork to meet the needs of her clients. Amanda has worked with athletes, performers and musicians and is involved with JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
