Each level of PhysioKinetix teaches you more about your body and proper cross-patterning which is essential to keeping your body out of pain. Use our specific corrective exercises to help with all different types of pain.

Which Levels Should I Learn?

Level 1 - Mobility

Whether you are a client or a practitioner, Level 1 can be used as the foundation to our program to allow you to start to move proper, longer, and better than ever. This corrective strategy becomes a daily management routine for all walks of life, by itself or prior to all other levels.

Level 2 - Stability

This level, in combination with level 1, creates a total pain management routine, to prevent serious injuries, early joint degeneration from occurring, and help with other factors involving balance, coordination, alignment, etc.

Level 3 - Power

As you begin to better your mobility and stability, you can move into strengthening this further and doing it longer by utilizing level 3. This level starts building endurance throughout your entire neuromuscular system and cross patterns. If you are already fairly in-shape, you can use this level to further build muscle tone, and burn fat in a pain free system.

Level 4 - Performance

Often times highly active individuals will have the tendency to have repetitive daily motions. Our 4th Level understands that and uses that knowledge to un-train and correct neurologically counter-intuitive cross-patterns that many of us develop during years of improper labor or training.
