Background

Paul graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. He worked for five years in the University Athletic Training facilities within the Strength and Conditioning program. A former scholarship athlete, he competed at the national level.

He earned his LMT from the C.O.R.E. Institute for Structural Integration. In 1999 he began working with Erik Dalton, becoming fascinated with osteopathic-based manual therapy for restoring musculoskeletal balance. For 20 years he served as Senior Instructor, teaching Myoskeletal Alignment while integrating corrective exercise to improve outcomes for LMTs.

In 2016 he developed the Physiokinetix Training System — a four-level progressive approach used on the table and for self-care. The system is designed to integrate easily into any healthcare practice to support longevity and resilience. His work has included professional and collegiate athletes, geriatric clients, and children.
