The Full Spectrum Light Therapy System at Temple Human Performance combines nine targeted wavelengths, 1,152 LEDs per unit, and four spectrums — blue, yellow, red, and near-infrared light.

Choose the Mobile Light Panel for flexible, height-adjustable positioning or the Light Therapy Bed for a dedicated lying-down experience with light exposure from beneath the body. Each system can be used independently, while combining both creates the most comprehensive setup, providing simultaneous light exposure from above and below.

Mobile Light Panel

The rolling, height-adjustable Mobile Light Panel provides broad exposure across the side of the body facing the light source. It can be positioned vertically while standing or raised above the individual while lying down.

When using the Mobile Panel independently, the individual can simply turn or reposition to expose the opposite side. When paired with the Light Therapy Bed, the Mobile Panel provides exposure from above while the bed provides exposure from below.

Light Therapy Bed

The Light Therapy Bed is a complete, freestanding therapy unit with the light source integrated beneath the body surface. The individual simply lies on the bed while receiving light exposure from below.

Because the bed is a dedicated therapy system rather than an add-on panel, it provides a stable and convenient platform for lying-down sessions and can be used independently or paired with the Mobile Light Panel.

The Advantage of Combining Both

While either system can be used independently, using the Mobile Light Panel and Light Therapy Bed together provides the most comprehensive whole-body configuration.

With the individual positioned between the two light sources, the Mobile Panel provides exposure from above while the Light Therapy Bed provides exposure from below. This allows simultaneous exposure to opposing surfaces of the body during the same session, rather than requiring the individual to turn or reposition between exposures.

The result is a more complete, multi-directional light therapy experience that takes advantage of both systems simultaneously, reducing session times!
