Why Mobility Training Works- Poor movement is one of the largest concerns we have as a society today. It is estimated that it is healthier to smoke then it is to be sedentary for more than 4hr a day. With these new findings, it is more important than ever that we take movement and activity much more seriously.     First of all, it was such a privilege for me to meet and chat with you and attend Paul Kelly’s PKT training live. I definitely want to train with him again when he is doing his next tour in CA. He is so much fun to be around, and I learned all those nuances from the session. I have been doing level 1 exercises daily, for the most part, and I am to the point that I enjoy them and am making that slow but sure progress in getting back joint mobility that in actuality, I’ve never had in my life. I have coupled it with a few other techniques to address my pelvic dysfunction for a program that is far better than what I was getting from seeing expensive pelvic floor specialists. I totally believe in Paul’s program and respect the education and years of study and practice that make him an authentic specialist and leader in rehab therapy.
