PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Purchases may be returned within 10 days of delivery subject to the following: It must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. Applicable manuals, paper work, parts, and accessories must accompany the return. Items that have been assembled may incur a restocking charge of at least 20% of retail price.

No returns on digital content.

WORKSHOP POLICY

Physiokinetix Training workshops will honor a 50% refund from the time of cancellation 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days, there will be NO REFUNDS granted. However, a 50% transfer credit to any future Paul Kelly Workshop will be honored, for up to 1 year of original, registered workshop. The value of the original, registered workshop will be applied for transfer credit. Price of the workshop is subject to change.

After 1 year, there will be NO TRANSFER CREDIT applied.
