1. Workshops are not subject to the same active coupons, sales, or deals as the products and services sold on our shop located HERE.
2. Each workshop will state which Continued Education credits are approved for each course taught at a location.

Physiokinetix Training workshops will honor a 50% refund from the time of cancellation 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days, there will be NO REFUNDS granted. However, a 50% transfer credit to any future Paul Kelly Workshop will be honored, for up to 1 year of original, registered workshop. The value of the original, registered workshop will be applied for transfer credit. Price of the workshop is subject to change. After 1 year, there will be NO TRANSFER CREDIT applied.

While we strive to avoid canceling any workshops, a minimum number of enrollments is required to proceed. Physiokinetix reserves the right to cancel any course if enrollment is insufficient. If a course is canceled, you will be notified by email or phone at least 10 days before the scheduled class, and a full refund will be issued.

Certificates cannot be issued for partial attendance.

If signup occurs within 3 days before a workshop, note that we may not be able to print a physical certificate, but a copy will be emailed and a physical one provided upon request.

There is an $8 fee for duplicate or replacement certificates, simply to cover shipping/Handling, or a pdf can be emailed at no charge.
