4-Hour Business Intensive with Guest Expert, Shari Aldrich
Stability & Mobility: The Core of a Thriving Business
Before diving into the hands-on training of the weekend, join us for a retreat-style Business Boot Camp designed specifically for massage therapists, manual therapists, and personal trainers who want to strengthen the foundation of their practice.
Led by a seasoned professional with decades of experience running massage schools and successful private practices, this session uses the same principles we apply in the body—stability and mobility—and applies them directly to business growth.
Teaching Points:
-
Business Health Requires Both — Know what to stabilize and know what to move.
-
Too Much of Either Creates Dysfunction — Finding balance is the key to sustainable success.
-
The Core is Your Decision-Making Framework — Build clarity and confidence in your choices.
This 4-hour intensive is practical, interactive, and designed to help you identify your priorities, strengthen weak areas, and move with confidence toward long-term growth.
Optional Morning Hike:
We’ll start the day with a group hike—an opportunity to recharge, connect, and get inspired before diving into the training.
Together, we’ll hike, eat, and learn, setting the stage for an impactful weekend of growth—both personally and professionally.
Hours will be confirmed for this day at a later date, but generally follow a normal schedule of 8/9am – 6pm.
Saturday & Sunday, October 25th & 26th:
